The palace was built in the Portugese Gothic style.
Property of the Apolloni family, the building known as the Uditorato - Hearing Room was used as a courthouse by the Baron. In 1910, the palace was bought by Cardinal Vincenzo Vannutelli who commissioned its renovation from the architect Giovenale, whose restoration technique used reproductions of the original elements to repair the building.
The palace extends over three floors, plus a basement cellar. The ground floor has two rooms, with a kitchen on the right and the other probably used for estate offices. At the back of the entrance, a stone staircase, with two half rolled columns with capitals support a worked, round arch. The piano nobile (first floor) has a reception room, with fireplace, with a room leading off it, probably the master bedroom. The top floor, probably used by the family, has a toilet on the west side and a room extending to the staircase. There is no trace of the original flooring, which was perhaps tiled.
