The ruins of the Church of Our Lady of Cibona can be found on the road for Tolfa in the La Bianca area of Allumiere.
The church was built at the beginning of 17th century, thanks to the efforts of cardinals Pallotta and Sacchetti.
Some restoration work was done in 1965 but it wasn't until the Jubilee of 2000 that the structure and supports of the sanctuary were saved, along with the roof and facade and it was freshly decorated with admirable stuccowork.
It is an unique monument, steeped in history and art, that awaits the final touch to take its place in the artistic and religious patrimony of the area.
