The Church of St. Lawrence Martyr was probably built between the 10th and 11th centuries.
The assymetrical walls of the façade show the signs of later restructuration work.
A simple, linear portal opens onto the left aisle. Inside, the church is organized with a nave and two aisles, a structure probably created after the 16th century, and marked with two rows of four square columns which support rounded arches.
The interesting fresco in the first chapel on the left aisle, close to the entrance, is attributed to Donato Palmieri of Formello.
