The Cretone hot springs, which have been flowing for millennia, are hypothermal sulphurous waters that are bacterialogically pure. They are used for therapeutic purposes.

Come arrivare da Roma: 

By car: Take the SS. 4 Salaria, and at the 29,200 KM mark head in the direction of Palombara Sabina, Via Nomentana, then Via Palombarense in the direction of Cretone.
By train: Take the FM1 Fiumicino-Fara Sabina railway line and get off at Montelibretti – Pianabella station. Continue to the thermal baths by local bus.

By bus from Rome: Take the CoTral service from Tiburtina station in the direction of Rieti - Via Salaria. Ask to be dropped off at the 29,300 KM mark, at the turning for Palombara Sabina, near the Pianabella di Montelibretti railyway station and then take bus number 4 by the local transport company SAP.
