From June 1 to 16, the Enoteca Provincia Romana (wine cellar of the Province of Rome) will be taking partinVinòforum, event featuring tastings of fine wines and food products, and the wine producers’ fair which brings together in Rome leading wineries for sixteen days of tasting of the best Italian and international wines.
At the stand of theProvince of Rome there will be52 wines from 24 wineriesproduced within the province available for tasting, all of which are included in major wine guides.
OnJune 15there will be a truly special event organized by theProvince of Rome: a tasting ofcheesesthe Azienda Romana Mercati will award prizes to on June 9 as part of thePremio Roma 2012, accompanied by pastries and wines from this area.
For gourmets, Vinòforum is an event not to be missed. A “village” of 10,000 sqm set up in the heart of Rome in which visitors, armed with glasses and sample bags, can wend their way through more than 500 companies offering over 2,500 different products to taste. And the presence of the Enoteca Provincia Romana makes this year’s event even richer and more inviting.
