The Ettore de Conciliis Collection Studio Museum is the first museum devoted to modern and contemporary art in the North of Rome and is situated near the ancient walls of the city, in what was the church of Santa Maria in Transpontem that has now be renovated and turned into an exhibition space of approximately 300 square metres.
The Studio Museum was conceived with the intent of giving visibility to the resumption and continuity of the artistic language of painting and sculpture by contemporary artists, with particular attention paid to artistic research into the complex problems of nature.
The space has a permanent collection of works by the maestro Ettore de Conciliis that are periodically renewed. In addition to this there are many other exhibitions and cultural events on offer: book presentations, meetings and conferences, cinema showcases and concerts.
