From August 27 to September 9, the Town of Genzano, together with the Town of Nemi, the Lazio Region Archeology Preservation Office, the Associazione Culturale Colle Ionci, the “I Concerti dell’Accademia degli Sfaccendati” (Concerts of the Accademia degli Sfaccendati) and Coop Art – Cestem, have organized the Festival del Ramo d’Oro (Festival of the Golden Branch), a calendar of musical events to be held at the Museo delle Navi Romane (Roman Ship Museum) on Lake Nemi, a one-of-a-kind show held in settings rich in myths, history and natural beauty.
