On July 21 the most important culinary specialty of Sabina will be celebrated: “STRACCIOSE”, a special type of tagliatelle served with a simple sauce, a “poor” dish from the gastronomic traditions of Nerola. The pasta is handmade by expert local cooks. There is also a starter consisting of three types of bruschetta (garlic bread) dressed with local PDO olive oil, and sandwiches with sausage and pancetta (type of bacon). For the more gourmand, French fries and crepes with nutella. All accompanied by excellent local red wine and live music.
