It only takes 30 minutes by train to reach Frascati. Once there, head for Frascati’s main square to then visit:
Villa Aldobrandini – with the stables where Massimiliano Fuksas created the multi-purpose centre in the Jubilee year, a base for exhibitions and conferences. Then onto the Tuscolo road, the gardens of Villa Aldobrandini with the 18th century monumental entrance by the architect C.F. Bizzaccheri. The whole area is steeped in the scents of the woodland hills and from the summit there is a fabulous view over Rome, also offering a glimpse of the dome of St Peter’s.
