Just a few steps from Horatius’ Villa stands a semicircular “nymphaeum” measuring 23 metres in diameter.
It was built by excavating part of the hill. On the right one can just make out a rectangular niche.
The water, which pours out of an interesting architectural façade at a height of three metres, forms a small waterfall which splashes into a semicircular pool surrounded by a channel provided with a spillway.
