The villa, that is still being excavated, in addition to a considerable range of wall structures and rooms with mosaic and polychrome marble floors, has also proven to be generously endowed with other archaeological finds which include terracotta architectural details and a beautiful head of Tiberius Gemellus.
The villa, built around the end of the Republican Age, knew its moment of greatest splendour during the age of Tiberius, but was still lived in until the V C. A.D. The many finds retrieved from the excavations are on show in the Civic Museum of Albano.
